Are you looking for this workshop I used to do?

I haven't planned any more for the foreseeable future. I'm sorry if that is a disappointment.

If it's some consolation, all the help is also in my book, my Bitesize audio collection, and you can also arrange a private call with me.

    Thankful for this workshop!

Eva provides a lot of information and presents it in a way that does not overwhelm. She is warm, wise, and a good listener. In the follow up emails, she included resources that related to questions that were asked during the workshop.

It was comforting to participate in a group where everyone "gets it." I learned things I could implement instantly. I highly recommend this workshop.

Entering Phase Two felt overwhelming at first, both for me and my child. But Eva made the process clear and manageable. She provided simple, step-by-step instructions, paired with personal stories from her own experience that were incredibly relatable.

What stood out most was the sense of community Eva fostered. She gave everyone space to share, ask questions, and offer wisdom, which helped me realize I’m not alone—other families are facing the same challenges.

Eva’s guidance left me feeling supported, empowered, and more confident about moving forward. The workshop gave me the reassurance that even though this journey is hard, we can do it—and we don’t have to do it alone.

This warms my heart❤️ It's very much what I hope for all the lovely, amazing people who come to the workshop. Thank you for taking the time to write this.

Thank you so much. I did find the workshop very beneficial and as you mentioned the two phases are overlapping. As we are in fact allowing small freedoms (experiments) along the way, so it was very relevant. I love the way you give direct examples and charts with options on how to face each challenge, that's so helpful for me and helps me get my head around it. It was also helpful to hear from other parents.

Thank you Eva for the great workshop. It was spot on – we're just at the start of Phase 2.
Thank you for your great work on this topics! This is so valuable and helpful. Especially since Germany is not very far on this topic. You are a life saver and a life changer. Thank you once again!

Thank you very much Eva for your phase 2 workshop .
We have found such comfort and reassurance from your resources since the start of our sons treatment.
The phase 2 workshop has helped to improve our understanding of what is ahead and has improved our confidence going forward.

    Dear Eva,
Thank you for your webinar this week. I also wish I had heard this earlier. We jumped unprepared out in fase 2 from Februar/Mars, and went all inn and gave our d 16 to much responsibility of her meals during the spring. It ended with more restrictions and more activities during the summer, and now it is very hard to get her back on track again.

For your next webinar, maybe you can give some advise on how to take charge again after a relaps (or failed treatment).

Our daughter is going into stage 2 of her recovery and as parents we felt very much in the dark as to how we tackle the next phase.
We booked on Eva’s workshop and found all the advice & help brilliant in guiding us to the next stage.
Her workshop gives you step by step help & guidance giving you the confidence to move forward.
We feel now that we have the tools to keep going. So thank you Eva for your valuable time in helping us as parents to help our daughter. xx

This workshop was a godsend! Phase 2 is a scary stage and it was great to get some guidance from Eva on how to proceed. I really liked her calling this phase "coaching for normal"- as that gives a crystal clear idea of what we are aiming at. I got a lot of useful info. Meeting other parents was also amazing. I have felt very isolated in this battle. I was almost a bit scared of being there on the zoom screen. But it was really special meeting other parents in the same boat. A big relief to talk about this horrible disease with people who understand. I am so happy I found this workshop!

We attended three of Eva’s “Getting started and help your child to eat” workshops five months ago. Our daughter with anorexia has made real progress with weight-restoration. This “Phase 2 Workshop” gave us an overview of the types of issues that might be encountered in Phase 2. Hearing other families’ experiences of Phase 2 was interesting as it gave insights into what might lie ahead. Seeing Eva model how to interact with your child over different Phase 2 issues was really helpful. This is an encouraging and confidence-building workshop.
