Cautionary note (disclaimer) regarding any of my resources

I’m a parent – not a clinician. My resources are not a substitute for professional advice. Pay attention to your instincts, read widely, speak to other parents, and most importantly, keep your clinicians in the loop.

Free helpsheets

These are free and you may print out, copy, email to others, make available on forums and distribute freely. I just ask that you don’t make any changes. That way I stay accountable for what I write. If you are itching to change something, please make up your own sheets, with your own name.

Bitesize

Once you get Bitesize, you will have access to it for as long as my website is functioning. I anticipate this will be many years. You may hold on to any Bitesize audios you downloaded. 

Access to Bitesize (login details, copying files) is only for yourself and your family members. If you're a therapist, the same applies. Anyone who has bought Bitesize is welcome to play Bitesize clips at a conference or parents' group. If you'd like colleagues, patients, other parents (outside your family) to have access to Bitesize, please direct them to my site so they buy their own. I hope you will agree it's worth supporting my work. If you're concerned about someone who can't afford my resources, please direct them to me, as then I'm glad to give access for free.

Ebook

The ebook is only for yourself and your family members.  Anyone else, please direct them to my site so they buy their own. I hope you will agree it's worth supporting my work. If you're concerned about someone who can't afford my resources, please direct them to me, as then I'm glad to give access for free. 

Once you have bought the ebook directly from my shop (not from Amazon) I am happy for you to also have any subsequent updates to the ebook. Workshops

For those attending my workshops, I describe the limitations and safety requests and the cancellation policy here.

In particular:

• Respect people's confidentiality. No recordings or screenshots.
• Protect your child from hearing: this is for the adults.
• Don't take advice from anyone in the group, including me. None of my resources are a substitute for advice from clinicians who know you and your child well.

Refunds

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act, if you are unhappy with your purchase of Bitesize or my ebooks on this site, if you notify me within 14 days of purchase I will refund you in full.
